By downloading and using Expense Tracker: Cashify (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.
LICENSE TO USE
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the App on your devices for personal expense tracking purposes only.
OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY
This App operates entirely offline. No data is transmitted to our servers or third parties.
DATA RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
- Backing up your expense data
- The accuracy of information you enter
- Maintaining your device’s security
PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Attempt to extract or redistribute the App’s code
NO WARRANTY
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted operation
- Error-free functionality
- Data preservation during device issues
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to device failure, user error, or app malfunction
- Financial decisions based on App data
- Any damages arising from App use
APP UPDATES
We may update the App periodically. Updates may change functionality or these terms.
TERMINATION
These terms remain in effect until you delete the App from your device.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Nigerian law.
